Visiting Roham processing plant and Niko mine
On January 19, 2022, senior managers of different units of Copper star Mining Industries Group visited the mines of this company in Razavi Khorasan province.
In the first part of the trip, a visit was made to the Roham processing units (production of High-Grade Iron ore) located in Sangan city. This production unit has been operating since the beginning of 2020, and during this period, about 50 people are working in this plant. In the second part of the trip, Niko mine with an area of 24 km2, located in Karat city of Razavi Khorasan province, was visited. This area has a license to exploit Silica, but due to the possible amount of iron ore, exploration operations are underway in this mine.
